Cryolipolysis is a very recent technology created to reduce Adipose zones; studies carried out by the best dermatologists at Harvard, Boston General Hospital in Massachusetts, have shown that: fat cells are more vulnerable to the cold effect than adjacent tissues.
The equipment that carries out Cryolipolysis can be built with vacuum combined with plates; that bring the area to be treated to a very low temperature; or with plates in support and handpieces of different shape and application.
Cryolipolisisis with vacuum is designed to treat adipose areas.
The handpieces of this particular equipment must be placed on the areas to be treated; by means of the vacuum it is brought to the plate; after that for a period of about 30 /40 minutes it is refrigerated, after two weeks (very variable time) the adipocytic material is phagocytised and gradually disposed of in a natural way through the lipid release (normal metabolic process).
With the cryolipolisis system you can treat an area with fat without damaging the skin, keep in mind that immediately after the treatment the treated part appears very reddened, this depends on the synergy of vacuum and cold, this redness and special feeling can last for several days.
The amount of recommended treatments are 1 / 2 / 3, and, always depending on the area and the person, the treatments will have a cadence of one or two months.
After the treatment
The treated tissue can be reddened and stiff for about an hour, then the redness and tingling sensations tend to disappear; in some cases these sensations can persist for several weeks.
Sometimes there may be bruising, which can persist for several weeks.
The effectiveness of the treatment can be seen after 1/2 months.
The percentage of fat treated is about 20% for each individual area, the value is to be considered purely indicative
The ideal client is a lean person, but with fat deposits, deposits that are particularly difficult to remove with diet or exercise.
The best areas to treat are: abdomen, love handles and hips so small and localized areas.
A study has been published by the scientific journal "Lasers in Surgery and Medicine" that analyzes lipid levels (cholesterol, triglycerides, etc.) in the blood and liver function of 40 patients undergoing cryolipolysis in the "love handles" area.
These tests were performed 1 day before treatment, after 1 day and 1 week, 4 weeks, 8 weeks and 12 weeks.
The study shows that there is no change in blood or liver lipid levels. This ensures that the Cryolipolysis apparatus technique is not only effective, but also safe for fat (fat) removal.
Treatment with cryolopolysis is a treatment suitable for localized fat, absolutely not a treatment for obesity.
The Cryolipolysis method is approved by the Food and Drug Administration and the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery.
